    a proper ecu (nismotronic) mapped will see you well. The comp would be too high for turbo.

    It's only a stock Autech map on the nistune anyway, tweaked to run a gti maf instead of the stock one. It won't make a huge difference fitting it.

    Gti revs to 6950, autech limit is 7450. Nistune do a board that works in the Autech ecu thats how mij had it working, you have the ecu with nistune on it though it sounds as if it's developed a fault.

    This will start becoming a problem for you now I think, the part the rotor arm clips onto wears and the rotor arm will keep working it's way off.     Be interested to know how you plan on doing the gears, 1st-4th gear are all part of the input shaft, its only 5th gear that can be removed from both input and main shaft, unless you are going with PAR gears or something. ATS is the company, they are incredibly harsh diff's but very good.
