Im afraid the wiring back there is quite complicated and the VFD and LCD systems (including the units) are quite different. It's unlikely that they'll be cross-compatible.

Clips. You need to remove the chrome slats, clips on the rear of the grille, use some pliers or flat screwdriver, then there are metal clips holding the black plastic mesh in. More easily done with bumper off the car to be honest. and nope, no other grille inserts available. They look ok with...

Welcome to the club. What do you want from your car with regards to mods then? Many things you can do for handling, but those engines don't respond well to mods, not very tunable.

B15 has totally different body panels. Stick with N16/G10 bits
