Yep as said via pm check under the drivers footwell there is a silver hedgehog looking resistor that according to the stealership is a common fault if the heater unit is operated with the vents closed as it overheats and blows. Once removed you will see if it has gone or not. Sent from my ...

Mine failed and went to a local motor factors and it was a Nissan one that had been refurbed as they had ground the nissan symbol off from the other side of cylinder as shown in Ed's image. Mine has been spot on since fitting. Sent from my  iPad[emoji768] using Tapatalk

As they stated they need tack welding in as there are not any bolts to hold them in which is a shame. A simple fix though bit worth treating first so the replacement doesn't follow suit and rust. Sent from my  iPhone[emoji768] using Tapatalk
