1) V-Power will be fine. I wouldn't worry about adjusting the timing. 2) Your car won't be 'chipped' There aren't really any 'chips' that work with the ECU. 3) Popping isn't really a good thing so it just goes to show your fuelling is fine as it is. 4) Generally the timing chain tends to rattle...

Looks nice mate and I love the strut braces you've put in. The only thing Ipicked up on is the bonnet gap at the front. It seems to be sitting high, above the level of the wing. A minor issue but everything else is spot on.

Are you sure that's proper oil hose you're using? Looks like rubber degradation to me. Glad you're all sorted though.
