JWT S3R Cams are the former favourite on this forum probably. They are a decent drop in cam and also behave well if you ever chose to go turbo.

Tomei make cams. JWT make cams. Catcams (unsurprisingly) make cams. All for the RR engine. There used to be a few come up 2nd hand but they all seem to have disappeared into the ether over the years.

I think these are Fly-by-wire throttle so if the problem isn't the pedal sensor then it must be the drive motor on the throttle body itself. My best guess would be to replace the whole unit for a 2nd hand one and see how that goes.

Welcome along. If your aerial is above the drivers door you have a phase 1 and if it's central toward the rear it's a phase 2. Easiest way to tell in my opinion.
