Very hard to say without seeing it. and very hard seeing it now it is all done back up. Does it look to be operating? try it,if it doesn`t work you may have to pull it apart again. Best of luck :)

Clutch release bearing might of broken up,is it still running? making a funny sound? clutch fork should have a little free play.. The question is not very well explained,so i didn`t vote and why a poll anyway? :)

It`s getting a new shell at he moment,i do think it might of been notched as Spook has said,so yours might be OK the way you have done it. I know it was plated up a second time and broke again,hence the re-shell. I`ll try to get some pics when he turns up in it :)

Lad i know with a GTi Micra has snapped the n/s chassis leg without Boost,might be an idea to beef it up a bit. Looks great :) keep at it.

What`s a lac mil? and or iac? never used a code reader for owt so i`m probably not best to offer advice but,when was the fuel filter changed last?

If you don`t have one already,buy a multimeter and trace the power back,could be a switch,relay or broken wire. Time consuming problem. Good luck :)

Also check battery connections,starter motor connections,especially the Earth connection from the battery to the chassis,the alternator belt and make sure it is charging properly. Might be the battery is on it`s way out or a combination. Anyway,some ideas for free :) Good luck.
