POV is poverty spec. The vzr and gti bumpers were top of the line option bumpers and yours is the lower spec model but I've never seen a factory moulded splitter for the POV bumper, pretty rare option ya have there, even the fogs for that model is pretty uncommon so I'd mind them if I were you...
