Horn and steering wheel buttons not working

Hi,
I have problems with my almera. The horn and those buttons that controls the radio is not working.
I have bought an new steering wheel but with no result. The fuse is whole so I don't know what the problem could be.

Check your air bag light. If ON, it means your clock spring having problem. maybe rusty connection or due change
