N16 car stereo

Hello guys I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to this, I've looked around for a couple days but I haven't found a solution, I have the Nissan Almera 1.8 N16 hatchback so the radio and climate control are integrated, I'm looking to add an aftermarket radio with BT just wondering what would be the best way to do it. Thank you in advance.
