N16 Heater Problem

OK, this seems to be a common problem on the Almera, but I have a 'No Blower' issue on a 1.5 N16 2004 SE with type B controls. I've followed the recommendations on this forum, but after disassembling the glove box and the fuse area of the facia, I cannot find the often mentioned resistor pack.

It would seem that the last owner fitted a switch to run the fan separate from the control panel, so I know the blower works.

Any pointers?

OK. further to my earlier query. It would appear that this model has no resistor pack, the fan speed operation and control obviously being built into the fan amp itself or the control panel. Has anyone had this problem before on this model, and if so, how did they fix it? Is it just a case of replacing the fan amp?

As before, all fuses are intact and the blower motor relay is OK, giving 12v at the Blue/White blower input wire itself.

I'm at a loss now so, any help would be greatly appreciated.
