How much should i be looking to pay to get both of my rear sills cut out, and new sills welded in??

Ball park figure??

Just put a massive hole through my o/s/r sill, the outer skin wasnt rusty, that was intact.... its whats lurking behind it that shocking. Its rotten on the inside layers.

Any reccomendations on garages you have used etc welcome.
 
Pics of said damage/rust:

In the first pic, notice the rusty inner layer (right hand corner) above the outer sill.
Pretty depressing really.

The outer sill is intact (well it was:O) with no rust and fully undersealed, Rotting from the inside out FTL.

I would stress that everyone should take the rear door cards out and check, mines going the same way. I think its the thin metal skin that attracts condensation on the inside which then runs down to the sill
