Spraying Interior (Door Cards, Dash etc etc)

Guys has one resprayed their interiors?? I've been thinking of getting rid of the granddad grey in my car and would appreciate some help/advice to get me started as ordinary plastic spray paint isn't any good?? (Also if a thread like this already exists could some one point me to it, Thanks)

Interior currently looks like this (haven't cleaned inside for at least two weeks)
The seats I'll probably just cover as I'm saving up for new exhaust :D

Just swap in an sri interior, all black dash and door cards. Shitty looking fabric though

Problem is with that I'd wait to wait for one breaking down by me and I hardly see them on the road, plus it be a lot cheaper to respray what I have as long as I do it right
 
I wouldn't have suggested it if I had heard otherwise. Google it on interiors, people seem to have had good results.
