Depends on lots of things; condition (rust!), modifications, new parts fitted recently, faults etc etc. Also depends what else is up for sale at the time if you want to sell on here.
With the milage and service history I'd say 500 if it's standard, in good nick and doesn't need any work done.
Coilovers are a huge improvement over springs with the added benefit of being able to set them up exactly the way you want. More hassle and cost if a piston pops, though.
