The Hotshots are such better quality than the ebay items. ...clean welds, much smoother internally. Mine made me good power.

Hmm not to put a downer on them or anything, but the hotshot welds can't have been that great or there wouldnt have been several, that i alone have seen, with nasty cracks along the weld between 2 of the primaries. Common thing i was under the impression.

but i don't think its scaremongering. I've had 2 hotshots over the years and both cracked there. One before i got it, one while i had it fitted.

My first one was rowdys! that did the rounds tbf, went to a guy called ed in Norfolk i think, then i had it off him. Was painted black iirc.

My second came from steve who had it on girvs car who got it from someone else lol

maybe thats why they cracked, over used and abused!

honestly though the welding on cylinder 2 looks shocking on that hotshot, however welding on your 2-1 collector looks awesome!

From what I've read even the hotshot replica manifolds flow well with modified secondaries. The genuine hotshot primaries should be better an with the secondaries sorted you should be onto a winner. Please post a sketch when you can just so I can picture your proposal.
