Hi just wanted to say hi, I've just got my first Almera its a 51 plate N16. I was just in the right place at the right time, a friend at work had bought an MX5 and it sort of came with the Almera. They were both owned by a chap who had sadly passed away and this son was selling both the cars. My mate went to buy the MX5 not realising it came with the Almera thrown in. He then asked if I knew anyone who wanted it and it just so happened my MOT on the old car was due soon and was going to be a right faff, so 500 quid later I became the owner of a 44k mile 1.5 SE with full history.
On the way home through the countryside I fell in love with how it drove, its now a keeper. Its not perfect the odd scrape on the bumpers, air con that doesn't and a tape player but thats just something to do.
Looking forward to looking around the forum and getting to know the car a bit more.
