Installing sub in 2004 SVE Almera

Hey guys, just picked up a 2004 SVE Almera. Im wanting to install a 10" sub and amp. Can I do this and wire it to the stock stereo? Ihave the SAT NAV and OEM stereo and im just wanting to keep it cheap and wire it to that. Possible? Thanks!

you can get converters that tap into the feed to the rear speakers making them a preout and then just use a switched live for the remote from the cigarette lighter then the usual positive from the battery and earth somewhere...the bass will be adjusted on the amp as well as the treble and if you have a hpf/lpf setting on the amp you can remove the treble from the sub output
