My new economical daily

So I sold my mera to some nub on the forum ;)

I needed to get a eco commuter to get to work... my mum was going to sell me her 206 hdi but decided to keep it so I had to look for something else!

I had 2 days to find a car fit for purpose! Luckily I found this and picked it up for a great price :D

I had to drive to the ass of Wales for it though...

Eco baby!

So a quick rundown.

R33 GTST Spec 2 imported in 2006 with 36k miles on the clock! Now up to 84k.

Got pretty solid history up to 2011 then it wasnt really used (did 4k miles in the last year)

Fuck all rust anywhere just a tiny bit on the bottom of the door.

GTR Steats
FMIC
RSP Stage 1 ECU
Coilovers
Kei wheels
Blitz BOV
Swoosh oil + boost gauge
Front + rear strut braces
Nismo rear spats
Unknown sideskirts
400 r front bumper
HKS EBC @ 0.8 bar
HID kit
BUDGET TYRES! (I shit myself coming off my first roundabout lol)
Custom downpipe & 3" exhaust to 5" tailpipe... its not really that loud either...

So far I've fitted the blitz SUS filter and taken off all the window stickers.

Its everything I want from an eco daily commuter :D

Only issue I have had so far is a blown indicator fuse!

I have got 320miles to a tank (65l) and was getting 280-330ish in the almera so not too bad really.

Nice to see a bit of RB25DET power. Looks like a good base for tidying up. The front would look 100% better if you polished the headlamp lenses. Thy always go yellow on the '33s.

Holy monster gauge pods Batman! Blind spot city!

Good car though, rwd and comfort wins.

I will ban you if you spray the wheels pink, or cable tie stitch the bumpers even when they are not broke!

Looks nice mate good change of car, make sure you watch keep on top of inside the rear as they leak and leak thru the spoiler so I'm told, and also the bottom part of the rear lights fill up with water too and go green colour, did you pay alot for it mate, I was telling stu-e today when I picked my autech bonnet up, I would only get rid of the autech for a gtr, I know stu could be doing the same as you also today :)Anyways nice one on the purchase mate

It's a GTST Wolve not a GTR. The rear lights will only leak if they've been taken out before and poorly refitted. Same with the spoiler. The main thing with these is a misfire at about 4k. Causes by coilpacks earthing through the rail.

Haha yeah I know spook 2.5 t, I like all skylines tbh, but to get rid of the autech would have to be something worth it like a gtr :) ah my bad then spook its just what I was told off r33 owners didn't know if it was cause of you take them and refit badly etc, just thought it was a common problem ;)
