QG15DE engine swap

Hi everyone,
I wonder if it's possible to swap the QG15DE with a QG18DE.. well i guess possible it is, right, but what about the ECU, gearbox and that?
What does one have to consider and take into acount when trying this?
My QG15DE is giving its last breath, the investment that i would have to do is large so.. why not swap the engine altogether, and if i'm swapping why not with a nicer one?
 
You'll need engine, gearbox, shafts, selectors, ecu, nats dongle, transponder ring and key chip.

Gor the effort you'd be better off installing an SR20DE from and N15 GTi, ive been there and done both so I know what im on about.
 
I was hoping at least the gearbox would fit...

I belive i can source here in Portugal both SR20DE and SR20DET.
This beeing the case, i would also have to source all the other parts, which i'm not aware how to look for in junkyards and disassembly centers.. :/
