Removing rear spoiler

Any quick how to remove rear spoiler of the 3dr GTi? Thanks...

Two bolts either side, remove little rubber grommets from inside edge to access them, then its stuck down so remove it carefully they are very brittle around the light.

ok but before i use this toffe wheel or AG tar remover what is the best way to remov spoiler how to lift what tool i have to use warm this sticky pad first or what

This is what ive done, but its still like glued.. i dont want to break it, im kind of lost now.

sticky pads hold spoiler you have to use hairdryer with good power or heat gun and warm it up

....or run some dental floss beween the spolier and tailgate and saw it off.


Easiest option is still to use the tailgate it's fitted to and have it resprayed to match your car

....unless it's not going on another N15 of course
