Last week bought one P11 GT:

Hope to get it under 1000 kg.

Thanks.
Well the car has its curbs, but according to the purpose, i think it is not needed to fix all them with the most expensive paint , etc...
And my hope about the weight will keep me going forward :)

Engine out last weekend:

Damaged front bumper , some parts will need sand blasting and powder coating.
But time will tell...

nice... What are your plans with car?
Hill climb /track car project.
Engine: I have one SR16VE engine that will "grow up" to 2,0, crank and rods available, good header + 60mm exhaust.
Suspension : BC racing BR series with 9/7 kg/mm springs, front & rear adjustable suspension (will have play with the rear axle)
Brakes - still not final idea
Steering : Electrical steering pump on 100%, thinking about steering quickener 1,5:1 maybe...
Main idea is this car to became as light as possible, copolyester windows,no interior at all, only the most needed -steering wheel , pedals, ect., probably fiberglass hood and trunk, lightened rims...

... Great, that is way of modifications I like... Only things I would change is to get 70mm exhaust and better suspension - Intrax, Protlum... Good suspension make a big difference - of course, if you want to race...

I know, mate..., BCs are entry level, but for now i want to keep the budget as low as I can.
I like Intrax and K&W more than BCs, but for now I'll go the cheaper way.

yes, I understand... Anyway, BC is good for that what you need... Works fine on circuit, not so good on bumpy roads
