Software Upgrade

Just done a fairly major upgrade to the forum software, so please let me know if you see any bugs anywhere.

One new user-facing feature is that you should now be able to edit your thread titles, which is nice!

Its ok on my android, but the pictures in there are 99% external links. Unless they've been removed from the source
