Hi guys,i have a primera gt with the sr20de highport engine with the following mods,full cai with apexi filter,2.5 inch catback,fuji manifold,what would be the best next mod for added power ??

I have a XTD flywheel sitting at home now,but not to keen to fit it just yet.

Any advice would be great.Thanks.
 
3" mandrel bent exhaust and a decat pipe would help. Then it's really cams, the high comp pistons (if staying N/A) or turbo if you're not.
 
You won't feel any difference with under drive pulleys. Honestly, invest in a well built 3" exhaust and then you can go for cams and mapping.
Nistune is a daughter board that is fitted to the factory ECU. It gives you most of the features of a stand alone engine management system but at a fraction of the cost. Very good bit of kit.

under drive pulley is probably one of the last mods to perform if you're trying to get the last couple Hp from the engine. Like spook said you wont notice it on its own.
 
What does mapping do,is it to get the best from the mods ect ?

What do you guys call BIG cams ??

I would like a straight drop in cam,no messing around !
 
Mainly a car's mapping controls the fuel/air ratio.
Most cars have conservative maps from the factory for reasons of reliability/economy/emissions.
Re-mapping lets you tailor your car to your mods/preferences/driving style.
 
Anybody come across a unorthodox pulley with less holes than normal,i am in talks with a fella on g20.net for a pulley,but it has half as many holes than normal,but the pulley has unorthodox stamped on it in the pic he has shown !

Is it a cheap copy or a really good pulley,also its orange/red which i have not seen before either, they are many colours available ect !
 
20VE + SR16/N1 cams or Turbo, both with a proper LSD and R888/RS-R tyres.

You haven't got a highport engine either, standard GT lowport is what you have.
