In dash fuse box cover removal?

Hi to you all,
Have just purchased a 2002 1500SE with 64.000 on the clock,after my Seat Leon expired, the only thing not working is the heated rear window, switch light does not come on. Thought check fuses first but the ones behind/under right hand side of the dash have a hinged storage box in front of them, everything I have found on the web just shows a removable cover plate, I would just like to know how to remove the storage bin without breaking anything. Any help would be great. Regards,Richard.

Open the storage bin then just pull it downwards. It will come off with a little force.

Hi, managed to get to the fuses (thanks Liam),but the 20A fuse looks fine, noticed when I push the Heated Rear Window switch I can hear a relay clicking, does this point to something else??. Any help would be great, Cheers Richard.
