who did you get the hoses from, surely they need to get some abuse from ya, cause you're lucky it went when it did, not much damage done apart from time....wouldn't have been good had it gone when you out and about pushing the car, and doesn't fill ya with confidence on the rest of the hoses either..
 
sooooooo.. new hose arrived and was fitted :) car wouldnt start :( battery was flat, jumped it and it started but the check engine light was flashing managed to take it for a short drive..

no leaks and the turbo works wonderfull :)

but now the car wont start.. :(

seems the NATS II system is playing up and needs re-syncingcomplete billy bollocks! so thats an auto electritian out on tuesday at £45 + vat!
 
Fuck forgot to update! so the car was re-coded she now starts first time put 300 miles on the new turbo no leaks no blue smoke one happy bunny!

they have indents ready for screw in studs.. but there expencive! and illegal on anything other than snow :(

MOT is due in october so she can get abother service aswell at the same time :)
 
you should! i think more people are getting wise to winter tyres.. i know 2 people on my street that have a set..

i just want to get some studs the raise her! pray for some snow..
 
got some last year on me Standard N1 alloys, made a huge difference in the snow, and ice, will do me this winter as well, so no need to worry about them :)
