yeah the seats aren't news but you asked for the resistance of the wheel airbag so I thought new wheel i'll have a look at the wiring for you and let you know what the third wire is for

Yes please Question was just about air bag didn't mention wheel. I assume the resistance would be the same?

Well a mesh will restrict air flow if it's dense enough to protect it. Less dense and you might as well not have anything there as stones will find their way through it anyway.

Mine worked fine with the original mesh for over 2 years, no problem at all.

Did you cut away the solid bits of plastic in the mesh? I found they restricted air flow a lot by the lack of dirt on the IC behind those sections.
