thankyou and good night.

Yep they are correct for an n1... share the same factory plug as a dc2 integra type R. Look like they have good life left in them too

Needed to put a stereo in the car due to an imminent camping trip so.

Although ISO leads have an earth present on them the car loom doesn't have the appropriate pin, it relys on earthing through the body of the stereo.

Here's what I did.

Simply bolt it to the earth on the side of the dash cage.

I haz music. Again.

They're different, stock stereo earths itself but any aftermarket one doesn't.. I've earthed it to a tab lower down behind the plastic next to the dead pedal

Not currently, have made things a bit more vibratey, but seemingly only when moving, gear change feels better.

Though I can feel the release bearing beginning to stick a bit now, so that's going to need re-greasing.

Sure when the release bearing is getting done, whip them out and get a small group buy going ;)

Grease is not good on release bearing, makes dust ball up on the shaft and makes it stick worse eventually

Was it rowdy that recommended graphite powder as an alternative as it remains lubricated as well as the clutch disc dust not sticking to it

Don't think so pal, although it sounds a good idea.
Clean the splines, then a small amount of high temp grease.
