unfortunately I'm from Albany , only 2 wreckers down here and SSS here are rare to come across :eek:. so when i go up next i have to get a ute and load it up, is their any u recommend or know of that are good? what about u are u from perth?

Ah nice! Nice spot down there. Unfortunately SSS's are reasonably hard to come buy in WA period, so it usually means getting parts interstate...

I haven't been to them in a while, but I got a few things from Babylon Wreckers in Malaga, and Pulsar Parts in Maddington. I'm sure there are more around, but those two are the two that come to mind.

When you get yours painted it'll look awesome, and yeah, I agree. The S2 looks heaps better than the S1. ;)

Well I got a few things happening this week
Got my autech grill on its way
Getting my cannon fitted
Going part hunting at the only wrecker in town
Looking at getting a short shifter aswell
 
A lot happened today regarding car parts, my autech/S-RV grill showed up and i bought a few parts from my local wrecker

Going to paint my rocker cover i bought, it will be red with white writing and a black inlay where the spark plug tray is

Unfortunately there was only 1 series 2 at our wrecker so i had to get an odd coloured handle

Tomorrow i'm getting my cannon fitted to my car so its a big week for the old girl, shes getting a few parts on her now!

I swapped my handle over with my mate and now they all the right colour.

not sure yet, ill try and get a quote from a few painters next week for a full spray and some rust removal, and i'll go on from their

yeah the rest of the system is still stock, only the back section is new. thought i would keep it small it wouldn't suit it if it was a large milo tin on the back

yeah, they are pretty good. definitely had to go with full synthetic oil for this time.
the Platinumn filter are high efficiency filters, they say it takes out 99.9% of contaminants. it also say to change the filter at 5,000kms or manufacturers spec. so i think 10,000 should hopefully be ok.

I did this yesterday,
i'm not sure if i should take out my airbox and put a pod filter there, or put the piping where the airbox is and putting a pod filter behind the fog light hole
